Terms of Service

By accessing or using AiroPilot, creating an account, or clicking to accept these terms where offered, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

AiroPilot provides tools to generate and manage AI-assisted video content, including features that may process text prompts, images, and other materials you provide. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@airopilot.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable law or infringe others' rights, including intellectual property and privacy.
• Generate, upload, or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or otherwise harmful content.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service, bypass security, or interfere with other users' use.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or models except where expressly permitted by law.
• Use the service to build a competing product without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of content you submit ("Your Content"), subject to these terms. To operate and improve the service, you grant AiroPilot a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, and create derivative works from Your Content solely as needed to provide the service, enforce these terms, and comply with law. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.

Outputs may be imperfect or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication or commercial use. We do not warrant that outputs will be accurate, unique, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose. You should not rely on outputs as professional advice.

Paid plans, credits, and billing terms are presented at checkout or in your account. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as we expressly state. Taxes may apply. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

The service, branding, software, and documentation are owned by AiroPilot or its licensors. Except for the limited rights granted in these terms, no rights are transferred to you.

The service may integrate third-party APIs, hosting, or payment processors. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms from those providers.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIROPILOT AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO AIROPILOT FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID FEES.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AiroPilot from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise. You and AiroPilot agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for disputes, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms with an updated effective date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
